Preview Pending Email

With Knock Preview, you have the opportunity to preview the email message to determine if you want to receive it or send it straight to your denied database. If you have additional accounts, they will also be listed. You can get to Preview Pending Emailby right clicking on the KK? Icon in the lower right hand corner of your screen, and go to Preview Pending Email

Simply choose the account you would like to check, (available only after you have checked all your accounts) click on connect and view the list of pending emails. You can click on Custom Account and enter a username and password if you would like to check a separate account from those you normally check. You also have the option of changing the lines viewed from 10 up to all, allowing you to see more of the message if you find that 10 lines are not enough to help you determine the value of the email message.

The top portion of the screen will list the current senders pending on the server under subject, sender and status. You can highlight the email you wish to view, double click on it, then determine whether to accept, deny, leave in pending, or if necessary you can delete it from the server. You can do this by clicking on the buttons listed in green, yellow or red, or by right clicking on the sender and clicking on your choice of options.

The lower portion of the screen will show the current email message you are viewing. This tool will be useful when you get an email that would normally have jammed up your system with its size, or if you aren't sure of the sender and want to avoid downloading a Virus, only to find the message is from a stranger.

You must save your changes for them to take affect.
