Pending Database
When you first receive a
message from a sender, it will go into your pending database unless you already
have the address listed in either your accept or denied database. When you receive
an email alert message stating KnockKnock, look at the list of email
senders at the bottom. Click on those senders you wish to continue receiving
email from and send them a short message indicating they will be allowed into
your email inbox or that you'll get back to them later. By doing this, you have
automatically placed them in your accept database, and will continue to receive
email from them unless you manually change their status. Their message that
was in your pending database will be delivered the next time you check your
email.
After you have gone through the list of email and sent everyone that you would
like to receive email from a message, click the REPLY button and then the SEND
button and all the other emails listed will be placed in the denied database.
If you prefer to ignore the email listing of new senders, you will soon get
a confirmation request to send the list of pending
email that have expired to the denied database. The expiration date can be set
from KnockSettings, "How often do you want to be notified about addresses in
your pending database?." (As seen in the image below)
