Approved Database
The approved database is your listing of senders that you would like to receive email from. When someone from these addresses send you a new message, it will be accepted and delivered to you without delay.
The easiest way to add a user to this database is by sending them an email. They are then automatically added to your approved database. They will remain in the approved database unless you manually move them to another database. Another way is when you receive the "KnockKnock" email which lists new email senders who are in your pending database. You can review this list and if you find someone you wish to add to your approved database, simply send them an email, which will automatically add them to your approved list. The recent email they sent will be downloaded to your system the next time you check your email. If you prefer you can go into your Manage Addresses or Preview Pending Email options and manually move any email address you'd like to accept and they will then be delivered in the future without further notice.
